In January 2011 Moray Coast Architectural Consultants were employed to design a single storey extension onto the side elevation of a house in Lossiemouth. The clients reuirements were for a compliant downstairs Shower Room, Utility area and new Entrance Vestibule.

The result was an attractive single storey brick extension, formed in brick to match existing house, with small high level windows which allow plenty of light into the rooms as well as maintining privacy given the proximity to the road. Substantial internal alterations were undertaken to create an open plan Kitchen / Dining area.
